General:

We collect and store a range of information about you, when you sign up for an account at Stampworld.com. In order to complete profile registration, we need to retain certain information about you this includes:

• Username
• Email address
• Country of residence
• IP Address
• User Type

This information is necessary for us, in order to provide you with a profile. In order to take advantage of our full range of services, which include buying and selling on the platform, and improved personalization, we collect information about this as well. In order to buy or sell, we need to know and store your full name and postal address. All other information tied to your profile is given voluntarily and can easily be removed through "Settings".

All personal information is stored securely on our servers and can only be accessed by certified employees. Outside of this environment, all information is anonymized. Aggregated data is collected for the improvement of the website, but this data is anonymous as well.

Partners:

As part of our efforts to provide the best possible experience for you, we are cooperating with partners on different fronts, and we are collecting data for these through website cookies, which for instance allow them to show you relevant advertisements based on your behavior. We are partnering with Google, who provide advertising on Stampworld. Google and their partners have access to cookie data, which allow them to personalize the advertising experience. All payments to Stampworld (for account upgrades) are handled directly by a payment provider, and we do not receive or store payment information such as Credit Card information. This is securely stored by our payment provider SafeCharge.

Newsletters are sent out through a partner, iContact. We save certain types of information about the members on their secure servers, such as email address and Stampworld Username. If you do not wish to have your information stored with them, please refrain from signing up for the Stampworld newsletter.

Requesting data overview:

You are able to request an overview of all the personal data we have stored about you. To request this, you can contact us by email, labelling the email "Data request". We will then provide you with a csv-file containing all our data on you, in a machine-readable format. The same goes, if our data is flawed or incorrect. You can update most information through the "Settings" tab, but you are also very welcome to reach out to us, asking us to update the information for you.
For any of these requests, please allow for 2-5 working days for us to react.

Withdrawing Consent:

If you no longer wish to be a member of Stampworld, and you wish to have your data removed from our systems, you should reach out to us on support@stampworld.com, and labelling the email "Consent Withdrawal". We will get back to you within 2-5 working days with a confirmation of the removal of data from our servers.

Please note that it is not possible to use the site without consent, as we need to retain certain information in order to create member profiles. If you withdraw consent, you are effectively asking us to delete your profile.
